Excellent I was looking for a new vehicle to lease since my lease with Auidi was coming to a close. I had my eye on the Range Rover fro some time but had never I was looking for a new vehicle to lease since my lease with Auidi was coming to a close. I had my eye on the Range Rover fro some time but had never driven one or inquired as to the features and price. My son accompanied me to your location to provide support and ask any questions I may have forgotten regarding leasing and vehicle performance. We were greeted by Michael Esposito one of your salesmen, who was friendly, professional and well prepared to answer any and all questions. He first asked me what type of vehicle I was looking for rather than try to show me everything the dealership had to offer. I explained that since I am not very tall, have no pets or small children, use my vehicle for work as a speech therapist and need a good amount of storage in the trunk or backseat area for materials, since I travel from one school to another and work in several districts, that I prefer a smaller SUV. Michael proceeded to show me the jaguar and RR models. I decided that the larger models were more than I needed so limited my choice to the smaller SUV models. We went over price, color choices and vehicle features then went for a test drive. Since I am not too familiar with all the new technology and explained this to Michael, he was very polite and patient as we drove, showing me all the features and explaining that if I did choose RR that he would go over all the details of how each item worked and then another person would be calling me and make an appointment to go over it all in detail again. I chose the RR Evoque and am extremely satisfied and pleased not only with my choice of a new vehicle but with the courtesy, professionalism and patience of the dealership. Everyone always calls back if you leave a message and addresses any questions and/or concerns. The follow-up is remarkable compared to what I have experienced in the past. The salesman was not "pushy" trying to sell or lease me a vehicle because he had a quota or it was the end of the month and the best time to buy, or no new vehicles were coming in so I had to choose now.....all stories I had heard in the past and at other locations. I enjoyed the shopping experience with Michael. he is professional yet "down to earth" and really listens to the customer and what he or she wants...not trying to push a vehicle that he thinks they should have. He takes into consideration the requests of the customer, and offers suggestions once the customer has explained their needs and what they expect in a vehicle . I am sure I will be happy with my vehicle. Land Rover of Warwick is fortunate to have Michael Esposito as one of their salesman. He is diligent in his efforts to please the customer, accompanied by his warm and friendly manner, which all contribute toward his success in sales and interacting well with people with a variety of needs.
