We've purchase innumerable Jaguars and Range Rovers over these years, and each transaction has been professional, courteous, completely satisfying our needs. My last purchase was a Range Rover Sport - I worked with Elaine Kaplan, told her exactly what I wanted, and she produced the vehicle I was seeking in less than one hour. We closed the deal that day, and I picked the vehicle up the next morning. She was amazing, compassionate, friendly, and the transaction was as smooth and easy as I could hope for. In addition, through the years, Mike Coccolli in service has worked with me to make servicing my vehicle a no-hassle experience. Bravo Kaplan's - I will remain a loyal customer!!! More

Lori and her service team are awesome- courteous, accommodating, and helpful with understanding maintenance needs and scheduling. I’m always given a Land Rover loaner when my vehicle is in for service. This dealership is just great and I highly recommend them! More
Car would not open After leaving a funeral mass on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018, I went to get into my car and it would not open. Luckily for me, my salesperson was also at After leaving a funeral mass on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018, I went to get into my car and it would not open. Luckily for me, my salesperson was also at the mass and also tried to open the car. We thought it was a key battery (although it never said low battery), so I hitched a ride back to my home and got the spare set of keys, but the vehicle still would not open. This is the third time that I've had an issue with my car not opening. After getting the car back to Jaguar, which took two tries since the first flat bed tow truck could not get my car in neutral and had to send a wrecker with dollies, I left it with them, after service hours, and even the security guard was nice! I was told that they had to reprogram the electrical system. I do hope that this is the last time that something "electrical" goes wrong with my vehicle. I would like to thank the two men (sales associates) from jaguar, (Glen Spardello & Mike Haraldo), that took a ride to the church to see if they could assist me and change out the battery in the key to see if that was the problem since the service department was already closed. Thanks Glen & Mike!! I felt very special that they did this at the end of their shift and could have just gone home. Then there's Barbara, my service person, and she is always so accommodating. She kept me informed of what was happening with my vehicle and offered me a loaner, which I didn't need this time, but was comforting to know it was available for me if I had. Also, thank you to Elaine Kaplan who assisted me at the church and put me in the right hands at Jaguar, Mike Coccoli, thank you too! Truly takes a village, and I'm happy I chose the right dealership for my car needs. More
