Hassle free Mike is a great service advisor! Took care of everything I asked for and addressed a few recalls I wasn't aware of. Appreciate there is no bs that get Mike is a great service advisor! Took care of everything I asked for and addressed a few recalls I wasn't aware of. Appreciate there is no bs that gets in the way of his ability to service his customer. FWIW, while out of Mike's control - for the suggestion box: it seems like the dealership might invest in more automation/digitization so the service team is not bogged down with so many paper forms. More
