Although Bernie gets 5 stars, I cannot give the dealership 5 stars because I think having to wait over 30 days for a simple oil change without a loaner is unacceptable, I have had my vehicle serviced 3 other times, and it is always at least a 30 day wait for an appointment. Not good enough for the price we pay for these vehicles! More
