The sales guide, Mike Hiraldo is a pleasure and so easy to work with. Due to the far distance, as I am in Illinois, I bought used 2020 Lexus GX460 without seeing the car in person and Mike made so easy. to work with. He held several video calls and went through all the details from the time the car was traded into the time the car was shipped to Illinois. Mike is always on top of my text message responses and phone call returns. He does follow up in every question in a short time period. Despite the car was shipped, he delivered the car with full tank of gas. Mike made my experience pleasant and easy despite I was not able to be there in person. Thanks, Mike for working with me! More
