I have dealt with Jake Kaplan's Land Rover in Warwick for several years and I must say they go out of their way every time I go in for service. They are both professional and extremely friendly. On the two occasions this past year, I've have had to provide my own transportation to and from the dealer, which is 1/2hr+ drive from me. First occasion I was told I was not eligible for a loaner because I did not buy my vehicle there (I have been provided loaners in the past) and last time there were none available for 3-4 weeks. More

I recently had service done and a member of the service dept named Mario Jack was unprofessional and rude. He didn't return my phone calls and text and talked over me when I finally reached him.
