On the two occasions this past year, I've have had to provide my own transportation to and from the dealer, which is 1/2hr+ drive from me. First occasion I was told I was not eligible for a loaner because I did not buy my vehicle there (I have been provided loaners in the past) and last time there were none available for 3-4 weeks. More

I recently had service done and a member of the service dept named Mario Jack was unprofessional and rude. He didn't return my phone calls and text and talked over me when I finally reached him. I just bought a Discovery Sport. It's the third Land Rover I've purchased from Jake Kaplans. I absolutely love this dealership and my Land Rovers. Lori Slapikas, the service manager, knowing my preferences over the years, personally recommended this car. She is one of the key reasons I didn't even want to look elsewhere. I've consistently received outstanding and prompt service from her over the years. She is dedicated, deeply knowledgable about Land Rovers, and I trust her completely. She is a lovely person to know. Mario, my current service partner, is a delight to work. I recently had problems with my former aging car and he expedited my service for me. My new purchase: I have already had two long enjoyable visits with Mike Hiraldo, my salesman. He is showing me all the amazing things that my Discovery Sport does.
