My car sat at kaplins for almost 2 months after an electrical problem from an automobile accident. Mike had an attitude and when I questioned why my vehicle wasn’t in perfect condition after paying th electrical problem from an automobile accident. His manager was rude and accused me of claiming “fraudulent” activity on my vehicle repairs. I was not only insulted and offended, but victimized by a lead facility member of this dealership.
