Finally part of the family I came to Jake Kaplans after a not so pleasant experience with Honda, after being a loyal customer for 20+years. I've always loved the Land Rover bra I came to Jake Kaplans after a not so pleasant experience with Honda, after being a loyal customer for 20+years. I've always loved the Land Rover brand, but thought price wise, was out of my reach. When my husband and I visited Jake Kaplan in September, we were greeted immediately by Elaine Kaplan who reassured us that that was definitely not the case. In the beginning of our talks, I wanted to stay at around the same price point as my Honda lease which was $524.00 a month. I was interested in the Discovery...white with blacked out roof and tires. I had a little more time on my Honda lease, so she told me to come back I a couple of months and we would work something out. In the beginning she had mentioned possibly a former loaner vehicle (to keep me in my price range) however, I returned to the showroom on 10/26 to see a previously owned 2016 that they had advertised online...my experience so far, went from great to awesome. Elaine introduced me to Sean Gebert...he took me for the test drive in the previously owned Discovery which was very nice...but because it had been previously owned, I could not lease it. So we sat down and worked out some numbers and on 10/29 my husband and I signed the paperwork for my 2017 Discovery HSE white with blacked out roof and tires...I couldn't be happier with my new car and to be part of the Land Rover family. Shame on Honda for letting me walk out of there showroom after purchasing 7 vehicles, servicing all of said vehicles through them and at least 3 family referrals. That said "I'm so happy they did". Thank you again...I love my new car. More

I got so tired of other places playing their sales games. These two have been selling cars for some time and they want to sell cars more than play games. I just told them what I was looking for and we all made it happen pretty quickly. Plus, if there are issues I know they are creative problem solvers and really helpful and responsive. Wonderful Pre-Owned Purschase!!! My Sales Associate JOHN VALLANTE is the BEST in the area! This Dealership is a must for anyone looking for a "PERFECT" Pre-Owned Automobile. I have purchased 4 vehicles over the last ten years (approx) from JAKE KAPLANS. Each time seems better than the last. Recently, I was interested in a LR2 offered for sale. I researched LR and was eager to check this out thinking that it was just what I wanted. I met with JOHN and went over all the bells and whistles of this model. As I sat in this LR, it was much different from the last LR that I owned and really didn't fit what I was looking for... JOHN stated, "...YOU have to be comfortable!" That's it - He didn't try to up sell me with one of their other LR vehicles. He left it completely up to me with no pressure and followed with just a hand shake to remain in touch if needed. I checked the awesome KAPLAN'S website and found an off brand vehicle that seemed to fit my needs. I contacted JOHN about this and met with him for a test drive. This pre-owned vehicle is in perfect condition with low miles for a 2013. Once I sat in this JEEP I felt very comfortable and was ready to make a deal. JOHN arranged for me to come back in a couple of days and they would have it ready for me. This is a major high end dealership in this district; yet they are very capable of working through a deal quickly and efficiently to satisfy a customer of a pre-owned vehicle. JOHN was able to get my purchase and finance rolling. He kept me informed daily via email. I made an "easy" 10% deposit and the rest was handled in house for the purchase. Within a couple of days, AARON in the FINANCE OFFICE actually got me a very good rate at a local bank in RI that I normally bank with. I arrived at KAPLAN'S and walked in - quick meet and greet - then walked over to my newly purchased JEEP with all appropriate paperwork and ready to go! This purchase was about a week ago and JOHN has emailed a couple of time to be certain everything is OK on my end. This was a WONDERFUL Purchase thanks to YOU, JOHN VALLANTE. More

In the scouting process, she was the only dealer that responded to me immediately and followed up on my search with great frequency. She was extremely knowledgeable, provided excellent communication and provided me with the best offerings - ones that may not have been on the floor at the time. I am coming from Cape Cod which is a two hour journey, but it was worth the initial trip and for all other touch points a really wonderful and gracious driver, Mike Hiraldo, came to my doorstep. Sean Gerbert, the General Sales Manager stepped into the buying process as well and provided me with more than expected. Aaron LaCasse helped with financing and helped move the process forward. Jake Kaplan has great integrity and I highly recommend seeking them out. I absolutely love my new LR4 Silver Edition. Its a big step up from my older car. More
