I have had three Jaguars all from Kaplans. The entire experience has been great. I felt that I usually got a fair price and they did try to work with me. I responded to an internet add and called from out of state. I was able to negotiate a discount and put a refundable deposit on the car over the phone. When my husband and I called to tell John we could only come on a Tuesday around 6 PM, he arranged to stay late even though he was scheduled to leave at 5 PM that day. We called when we were about ten minutes from the dealership and John had pulled the car out front and had it running for us. Since the dealership closed at 7 PM, that saved us time. We were very pleased with the vehicle and arranged to pick it up the following Saturday. Signing all of the paperwork with Craig Rossi was very efficient and speedy. John arranged to register the car in Connecticut for us and we will be getting our permanent CT plates shipped to us on Monday for receipt on Tuesday. This is well within the time for the temporary plates and would have been sooner, if we did not have some snow storms this week. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience--something I do not normally associate with purchasing a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this dealer and John Vallante, in particular. More
