If half a star was an option… As a law enforcement professional and a retired combat veteran, I had high expectations for Jaguar of San Antonio, but my recent experience shattered them. The customer service was lacking, as I was left to find a coolant part myself, which is unheard of in a high-end brand like Jaguar. When I picked up my XJL after maintenance, I was shocked to find major damages - a burned-through vinyl wrap and a damage to the front -all without any explanation from the technician. They claimed a "vandalism event," but it felt like negligence. Worse still, it took nearly 30 days to coordinate with the wrap shop, and the service manager seemed uninterested in communicating with me or them. When I asked to speak to upper management, I was stonewalled. No urgency in resolving the matter, and they put the blame on the insurance company. My letters to Cavender Auto Group and Jagaur North America won’t be ignored. Even worse, Jaguar’s insurance company is working tirelessly NOT to foot the bill to make my car right again. Absolutely insane for a company such as this. In stark contrast, my past experience at Jaguar of Boerne was exceptional. They treated me like a valued customer, even arranging for a limousine pick-up. Such a difference in service is disappointing and casts a shadow on the reputation of Jaguar in this area. For a brand that prides itself on sophistication and excellence, this experience falls far short. I hope Jaguar North America takes this feedback seriously and improves their dealership standards. Think twice before choosing Jaguar of San Antonio. Take it from me, GO TO JAGUAR OF BOERNE. More
