The salesman never asked for any information regarding how we were planning to purchase the vehicle he just asked us to fill out the consent for a credit check. Then he disappeared for hours on end we could never find him and we never got updates unless there was a problem. Which we could easily have answered in 5 minutes should he have communicated with us. We put it all down to a very new dealership without much experience but that is an entire Saturday we will never get back! More
My experience with Jaguar Woodland Hills was positive. I made an appointment to test drive the XF car I previously owned an XJ which is no longer manufactured. Interacting with Jaguar Woodland Hills is like taking a bus trip with someone who has needed a bath for a long time. It's not merely bad; it's unpleasant in a hostile way. I would much rather eat a golf bus trip with someone who has needed a bath for a long time. It's not merely bad; it's unpleasant in a hostile way. I would much rather eat a golf ball than deal with these people again. The service department here is an agonizing experience in every category I can think of and others still waiting to be invented. The laws of chance suggest that something should have gone right. Not here. The way they treat customers is reprehensible, dismaying, ugly, artless, and an affront to any notion, however remote, of human decency. Many dealerships are bad. Only a few declare themselves the work of people deficient in taste, judgment, reason, tact, morality, and common sense. Your first instinct was right: you should have gone to Galpin. More
