I am a huge fan of Jaguar Woodland Hills. I am on my fourth Jaguar XF and they take such great care of my car, while treating me like family. The most important aspect of any business is the customer service they provide, and in this area, they are as good as it gets. Specifically, my service representative is Justin Brill, and in my 12 years of leasing Jaguars, he is by far my favorite person, and many others are terrific. Justin treats me like family, always patiently listens to my concerns, updates me regularly about the status of my car, and makes sure I always leave with a big smile. As someone who works in the service industry, I am very sensitive to this part of a business. This is how I can see that Justin is not just great but extraordinary. I went to receive service. However I required feedback from the dealer on some issue with my service being completed early by the dealer I purchased it from.
