I am a huge fan of Jaguar Woodland Hills. I am on my fourth Jaguar XF and they take such great care of my car, while treating me like family. The most important aspect of any business is the customer service they provide, and in this area, they are as good as it gets. Specifically, my service representative is Justin Brill, and in my 12 years of leasing Jaguars, he is by far my favorite person, and many others are terrific. Justin treats me like family, always patiently listens to my concerns, updates me regularly about the status of my car, and makes sure I always leave with a big smile. As someone who works in the service industry, I am very sensitive to this part of a business. This is how I can see that Justin is not just great but extraordinary. Thank you Justin for care and kindness, and for making me a Jaguar customer for life. More

Mark Shuler, my service advisor kept me updated on what was going on with my car step by step even when all he had to tell me was, “We are at a loss but won’t give up until we figure it out.” He was professional, honest and in the end made sure that my experience ended on a great note. My car is running like it’s brand new. Special shout out to the mechanics who worked tirelessly to make it happen. More

The person that provided my service said they would reach out to me in a few days. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not heard back. I have called and left messages but no one has responded. I am very disappointed in Jaguar of Woodland Hills. I’m sure they would be happy to sell me a car though. More
