I purchased a used 2012 Mercedes E350. I picked up the vehicle on Saturday, 9/25. The vehicle had a mechanical failure on my way home with it. I was able to limp it back to the dealership. I owned the vehicle a total of 30 minutes but they couldn't give me back my bank check because they deposited it electronically as soon as they received it. Took several days to get my money back. So much for the 120 point inspection they perform on all used cars! More
HORRIBLE customer service and a complete lack of respect from the service department at Land Rover White Plains. I booked a service appointment 5 weeks in advance which was the first date a loaner car wo from the service department at Land Rover White Plains. I booked a service appointment 5 weeks in advance which was the first date a loaner car would be available for my appointment. The day before my appointment I send a message asking what types of loaners are available, as I want to try out a new model that I am also considering buying. First, the service rep lies and says that I never requested a loaner. After showing her very clear email confirmation that I did, she backtracks and says that they don't have any available and I will have to wait 6 weeks for a new appointment. After I tell her that is unacceptable, she gets the service manager on the line who apologizes and specifically promises to call me the next morning to figure out a sooner date. The next morning... no call. I call and leave a message... no call back. It is now two weeks later and I have texted or called and left messages on FOUR separate days, each time being told that the manager will call me back right away. And I still haven't heard anything. The last message I left, I said: "It's my first time coming to this location and I am very disappointed with the lack of respect and the fact that I am being completely ignored. Please have someone get back to me so we can figure out a date to reschedule." And still no call back. Just shocking to me that this location can operate with such complete disrespect for its customers. More
I contacted the dealership about a car I was interested in. Prior to this I got an appraisal offer from AutoNation on my trade in. Since this dealer is part of the group I asked if they would honor the offer. I was told they would. I started the financing application online, since this dealer is over 50 miles away from my house. The salesman emailed me some terms and payment amounts. It looked like a great deal so I agreed to drive the hour to buy the car. Upon arrival I was lowballed on my trade to the tune of $1000. Then I was told my payment would be 30 dollars higher than I thought. Apparently the salesman neglected to tell me the real interest rate and term length. The interest was over twice what I was shown and the loan term was two years longer. Had they been honest I would never have gone to the dealership. But that's what bait and switch is,get the customer in the door by any means. I wasted a half day there waiting for a great deal that wasn't real More
Horrible experience at this location! I had extensive long distance communication with Akil Bulls about a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited I was coming from out of town to test drive/purchase. I'm so glad I did a mechanic pre-assessment at a local shop at the time because they revealed that the car had not only been in an accident, but that there was a current rodent's nest in the engine!! None of this was stated on the service reports or CarFax, or communicated at any point. To-date, none of these issues have been corrected. They have only dropped the price to entice others, and I was told that they merely power washed the engine to remove the nest (without checking any of the wiring or possible internal damage), and that they were not aware of any accidents; no real explanation given. The car is currently STILL up for sale, so I would recommend that any potential customer avoid completely or have it thoroughly assessed by a professional before any consideration. I will make sure to never patronize this place or entertain their underhanded business dealings ever again. More

They treated my mother and I like the most important of customers. We bought a 2017 Honda Pilot Touring, and the former owner just happens to work there. He was absolutely wonderful, and very happy to tell us all about our new vehicle. I cant recommend them enough. I do wish to apologize that it's taken me a few months to write this review. Go here, you won't be disappointed. Shout out to the finance manager he was so great as well! More
Your dealership sold us a vehicle that had a transmission breakdown the second day of ownership. You did not send out the warranty paperwork to auto nation to cover towing back to your dealerships(confirmed breakdown the second day of ownership. You did not send out the warranty paperwork to auto nation to cover towing back to your dealerships(confirmed with auto notation 3/4/21), or set up a plan for repairs in the timeframe you put us under. I have not had a response with any offer of assistance whatsoever. More
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! This is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered the service department is beyond pathetic and even when you ask to speak to a manager you are told they will have dealership I have ever encountered the service department is beyond pathetic and even when you ask to speak to a manager you are told they will have to call you back but you guessed it nobody calls you. We purchased our 2020 Jaguar in October and by the time we got it home day 1 we had an issue it went back and forth twice to correct the issue on a brand new car and now it needs to go back in because the screen for the radio just shuts off randomly and twice the car actually shut off completely and yet I can’t get a call back from the service manager. Now I set up an appointment 3 weeks ago to drop off the car and pick up a loaner and they inform today they can’t uphold the appointment and give me a loaner but I can hang out all day at the dealership while they try to figure out what’s going on, so what’s the point of an appointment? And they love using the COVID excuse for why they are so backed up but maybe it’s because they are selling lemons and they can’t figure out how to fix them. The moral of this story is the Jaguar name isn’t what it used to be and if you are insistent on buying one go to ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP to save yourself a nightmare. More
DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Bought a Range Rover Velar from them in June 2020. It has been in and out of dealership since July with electrical issues. Brought car in October 1st and they STILL have my car. Was told by service mechanics the car was a "factory misbuild," meaning it came out of the factory missing components. Owners aware of problems and told staff to "patch it up and get it out of here." Opened a case with corporate on 11/17/2020 and they have done NOTHING but tell me I do not qualify for a buyback without seeing any service records or inspecting the vehicle. I believed this was a reputable dealership but they have proven otherwise. I am not a wealthy person who can drop 45K on a car that will give me nothing but problems. I am a disabled combat veteran and a frontline Registered Nurse. More

I decided to expand my search to the entire United States, and found Jaguar White Plains. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. I first started communication with Sales Manager, Michael Kenny, who was amazing to work with. Michael was always extremely responsive in communication with me, provided the best possible deal to meet my needs, and was always available to answer any questions. Since this was my first time acquiring a Jaguar from another state, Michael walked me through the process from start to finish to put my mind at ease. I also worked with Akil Bulls in completing the transaction who is a Sales Associate at the Dealership. Akil made sure that I received all of the paperwork in a timely fashion, and ensured that the car was delivered to me as scheduled. Akil as well, was always willing to assist me in any way, and both Michael and Akil wanted to ensure that my experience went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Jaguar White Plains! More
I actually went by the jaguar white plains on my way to another dealership looking for an LR4. They did not have any used LR4s but showed me a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles. Akil the sales rep was very professional and courteous. I decided to purchase the car. I asked them to email their proposal- which Akil did promptly. There was a bit of back and forth regarding rates etc. the bottom line was I wanted to purchase a vehicle from a professional dealership and these guys came through with flying colors. When I came to pick up the car I looked underneath- the car was spotless. Akil popped the hood. The engine looked brand new! I assume the did quite a bit of work on the car to get it looking so good for a 6 year old car. I was also given a 90 day warranty which did not even know was included. Had the car for a week- so far all good. Thanks for your work Akil and Chris Gilberto the manager. I will probably go back in a few years to purchase a car here again. More
