Bought car on November 16th 2022. Contacted dealer with multiple issues, however loaner car was not available till January 23rd. The car has been in service since January 23rd, 2023, till present day. The car went in for a sunroof, and blown speaker issue, and ended up in an accident in service, was repainted two different shades of color. Not to mention, the damage within the interior of the car while replacing speakers, ranging from damaging the seats and the door handles, which are now chipped. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Fraud & Deceit characterize my experience with this dealership - DO NOT use them at all cost. I have been repeatedly lied to about the purchase and delivery of my car. I was told if I didn't do a trade dealership - DO NOT use them at all cost. I have been repeatedly lied to about the purchase and delivery of my car. I was told if I didn't do a trade in and paid in full I could get the car from the show room delivered out of state. So I paid in full and now almost three weeks later I still do not have car. From claiming to Fed Ex papers they didn't, to promising to put it on a delivery truck when they didn't, to the car having more miles than the sell papers I signed, the list goes on and on. I am getting more excuses and delays and don't know if they will ever deliver the car I paid for in full that they are in possession of. They promise and promise it will be delivered and still NO CAR! The dealership will no longer return my correspondence. Do NOT work with the White Plains, NY dealership under any circumstance as they are deceitful, do not do what they say, and they don't deliver as promised. More
This is the best Jaguar service facility around. I have never had any problem and everything has always been done correctly with no additional back and forth. I was told that the service center completely checked out the car before I drove off the lot. However as soon as I hit the highway heading home which is over an hour away, the "Engine Coolant Low" indicator the car before I drove off the lot. However as soon as I hit the highway heading home which is over an hour away, the "Engine Coolant Low" indicator came on and then the "Low Tire Pressure" indicator came on for all 4 tires. I had to make a second trip back the next day to have these addressed in the middle of my work day. I subsequently had to hold a business Video Conference in the Service Center waiting area which was totally inconvenient and unprofessional. The dealership could not even provide a quiet room where I could work after they were the reason for my inconvenience. Not to mention the 2 hours lost driving back and forth as well as the cost of gas. More
