Jaguar West Houston takes such great care of me and my car. The service is always wonderful. I would not consider taking my Jaguar anywhere else for service. This rating is ONLY for the service coordinator Morris Z, who is easy to work with. However, the repair to the vehicle took longer than anticipated. This is the third time the vehicle has had a large ingre who is easy to work with. However, the repair to the vehicle took longer than anticipated. This is the third time the vehicle has had a large ingress of water into the passenger cabin due to poor design and/or faulty manufacturing and, as a result, the vehicle is a HUGE disappointment. It's been off the road for far too long for these repairs. JLR USA have yet to reply to my email and phone conversation and that in itself is poor. If this vehicle was a boat it would have sunk. This is very disappointing, JLR, very poor indeed. More
I had the worst experience ever with this salesman Aaron Gomez. I was paying cash for a $40,000 car and just needed for him to answer my questions about the car. I basically had to beg him to buy the Gomez. I was paying cash for a $40,000 car and just needed for him to answer my questions about the car. I basically had to beg him to buy the car. He would not call me back and would not send email the information I needed. The only thing I can think of is that he did not think I was going to buy it and did not want to waste his time. The only reason I bought it was that it was the car I wanted no thanks to Aaron. More
