This rating is ONLY for the service coordinator Morris Z, who is easy to work with. However, the repair to the vehicle took longer than anticipated. This is the third time the vehicle has had a large ingre who is easy to work with. However, the repair to the vehicle took longer than anticipated. This is the third time the vehicle has had a large ingress of water into the passenger cabin due to poor design and/or faulty manufacturing and, as a result, the vehicle is a HUGE disappointment. It's been off the road for far too long for these repairs. JLR USA have yet to reply to my email and phone conversation and that in itself is poor. If this vehicle was a boat it would have sunk. This is very disappointing, JLR, very poor indeed. More
I had the worst experience ever with this salesman Aaron Gomez. I was paying cash for a $40,000 car and just needed for him to answer my questions about the car. He would not call me back and would not send email the information I needed. The only thing I can think of is that he did not think I was going to buy it and did not want to waste his time. I have worked with Edwin Viera in service since the day this dealership opened.
