If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. The customer service is non-existent (J. They will try to cheat you out of every penny and then offer you loan terms that are more suitable for a criminal than a customer. My trade-in was severely undervalued and the push for a down payment was aggressive to say the least. With a 700+ credit score, I expected better treatment, but the loan approval they offered me was outrageous with an APR that was north of 16%. This dealership is a complete rip-off and I would advise everyone to steer clear. Do not waste your time or money here, there are plenty of other dealerships that will treat you with respect and offer fair terms. More
