We had already spoken with two other Jaguar dealerships prior to making contact with Greg. However, from the initial contact phase to the first visit we had no desire to consider working with anyone but Greg. From the test drive to writing up the paperwork and picking up the keys, Greg felt like a beloved friend we'd known for years. We actually told him we would miss seeing him once we purchased my car. Specifically -upon receiving a last minute call from us wanting to stop by, Greg arranged for someone to meet us and answer initial questions until he would be there. Once we returned with enough time to take a test drive, we were incredibly impressed by Greg's exceptional personality and equally extensive knowledge of Jaguar as well as other competing products. He made himself available as we pondered our purchase and got just as excited as I did seeing me fall in love with my new car. Greg possesses a true connection to what he does along with a genuine affinity for connecting with people, a quality which seems to permeate throughout all the areas of the dealership. It's a quality that the majority of dealerships are lacking these days.
