The worst Jaguar Dealer Service I have ever seen. It took them 2 weeks for fuel pump replacement. When we drove home, we smelled strong gas smell around the car. we placed a large card board under the took them 2 weeks for fuel pump replacement. We were fortunate that the car did not blow up or went on fire while driving on the I95. When opening the hood to check the oil, I find that the Engine Cover was broken and cracked then held together by glue!!!! While driving I hear a rattle from the back to find out that the rear seat clips are broken which they did not tell us about. In conclusion a dishonest unprofessional service dealership you should stay away from. Unless maybe simple tasks like an oil change or tire rotation. More
Javier was great! I had a problem with my car battery (had to jump it) and he got me right in - tested it and determined that it wasn't working properly. He proceeded to have it changed out and also ins (had to jump it) and he got me right in - tested it and determined that it wasn't working properly. He proceeded to have it changed out and also installed another part that had come in since my last visit. All this in less than two hours and without an appointment! Couldn't have asked for more.
