We purchased a new E Pace a year ago and were very impressed with the Herb Chamber’s Jaguar/Land Rover Sudbury staff and their buying process. Recently, we had our F Type in for service due to a mechanical problem and the Team of customer focused members went over and above to ensure we had a stress-free experience. Bryson Paulding is our assigned Service Advisor and every step of the repair process; he continually updated us on their progress and treated us like his only customer. Due to waiting on a part, Aya Badreddine, their Service Manager, called me to explain in detail the cause for the delay. I really appreciated the additional reach out to keep us informed and the sense of urgency she and the Team provided to maintain their goal of exceptional customer service. We received a follow up from Caleb Skoglund, Customer Care Specialist, after we picked up the car. It shows a real Team desire to maintain a high level of customer service.
