I brought the Range Rover Sport in because there was an intermittent misfire. They did a diagnostic check and found that the misfire was in 4 out of 6 cylinders. The Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Sudbury has always been very accommodating and helpful. Every time I visit for car service I am treated like a queen and was allowed access to a conference room so that been very accommodating and helpful. Derek Simpson was very thorough (but not ‘too’ thorough) with explaining the services rendered and even fit in an extra service that I had overlooked. Additionally, the mechanic heard a slight noise and ordered a part for my wheel that I will go back to have put on when it comes in. 10 stars for this dealership on service - they went above and beyond as always!
