Terrific experience - bought the car ('09 Jag XF) pre-owned here before the dealer attained Jaguar status, had excellent care post-sale. Steve Jutkiewicz bent over backwards to ensure I was happy (and man, I've never loved a car so much or had a better auto purchase experience!). The car has been super-reliable, and a true joy to drive (I giggle every time, and it's been one year and almost 30,000 miles) Was in for replacement of 2 tire pressure sensors that had corroded and broke off during winter tire switchover at another vendor. Pat got me in and out in record time (despite the fact that I was late in arriving due to a business conflict). He was good at setting my expectations, and then exceeding them! Couldn't be happier, and look forward to the future when I will come back for another Jaguar. More
