Our Herb Chambers Jaguar Sales Consultant, Jean-Pierre Tran-Dac, guided my wife and I through the buying process for a new 2022 E-Pace SUV. We were shopping at a number of dealerships looking at various makes and models but we have always been a fan of the Jaguar designs and we were so pleased by the reception JP provided the first time we stop in to look around at their inventory. He asked a number of questions of what we were looking for and showed us a number of options based on our input. After test driving a number of vehicles, the E-Pace SUV fit our needs perfectly. The challenge then became finding the right vehicle. JP took on the task of searching for an E-Pace and aggressively went after exactly what we wanted. We love driving the E-Pace, it’s a perfect size, fun to drive, and we love the style of the E-Pace both inside and outside. JP made the buying the SUV easy and walked us through the various steps and he drove the execution of the acquisition process, on time, and without any surprises. JP continues to follow up to see if we are happy with our choice and if we need any support from the Herb Chambers Jaguar Team. JP really understands what Excellent Customer Service is all about. What makes a good dealer is the service department, I called yesterday for engine error, they asked me when I can bring the car, my answer tomorrow, I was at the dealer at 7am today, I was greeted with called yesterday for engine error, they asked me when I can bring the car, my answer tomorrow, I was at the dealer at 7am today, I was greeted with my service adviser Bryson , I felt like I am the only customer, Vern the tech came in to ask me if I want him to take care other problems, Vern has been working on all my Jaguars since the 1994, he is wow the best, by 8:30 the problem solved, Aya the service director came to talk to me if I am happy with the service, wow wow they are the best of the best thank you all. Bought a used Jaguar from a non-Jaguar dealership. After having it inspected, I experienced a dead battery issue. After owning it for less than 10 days, and not being totally familiar with the car yet After having it inspected, I experienced a dead battery issue. After owning it for less than 10 days, and not being totally familiar with the car yet, I called Jaguar Sudbury in a bit of a panic. George was helpful in explaining how to “break in” with key hidden in the key fob. After realizing that the battery was located in the trunk, (which I could not get into without battery power), and unable to jump start it I called Jaguar roadside assistance who sent a gentleman out to jump it. I was lamenting that I had just bought car. He asked if I had just had it inspected. I had. He said there is a glitch in the Jaguar software that causes the taillights to stay on, draining the battery. I called George again (for perhaps the 3rd time), and he said just bring it by and we’ll put a battery in it. I explained the sequence of events and he said it sounds like you need a battery monitoring system reset which we scheduled for the following Monday. It was handled without much fanfare or cost to me. Can’t say enough about the courtesy and professionalism exhibited by George and this dealership. I know where I will be getting my service in the future. Thanks again More
