Takes them ages to undertake the work, was told was an overnight, was 8 days. Portray themselves on service but provide an awful one. This dealership is in an awful location for after sales service, Rte 20 is a nightmare, takes to long to get there. the loaner program is an apt in 2 weeks, too long..they make you drive back and forth on rte 20 for service which isn't delivered and you sit waiting for multiple hours as well, wasting your time. Think you may detect that after getting 2 vehicles, both high end, I will not be going back nor recommending. Go elsewhere.. More

Classy place somewhat marred by construction I went to Jag Sudbury to look at a specific used Jaguar, with wife and baby in tow. Pablo, our salesman, was friendly and courteous. However, the deal I went to Jag Sudbury to look at a specific used Jaguar, with wife and baby in tow. Pablo, our salesman, was friendly and courteous. However, the dealership is currently under construction so the guest parking is very tight, and the used cars are stored on a dusty off-site lot. Pablo drove us down to see the car but we didn’t get to drive it because it was blocked in by another car. We went back two days later for a scheduled appointment and got to drive the car. The car itself is an amazing deal, $4500 lower than market price according to the app I use for car shopping. We decided to buy the car around 12:30pm that day, and were headed home by 2:30. This was much nicer than my recent 5 hour stay at a BMW dealer for my wife’s car. I picked up the car the next day without incident. The dealership loses a star because the sales managers apparently wanted to play hardball on my trade. I prefer to trade to the dealer I buy from, so I got an offer from Carvana based on a detailed questionnaire to let dealers know what I wanted for it. The sales manager undercut their offer by $2k. I wasn’t under time pressure to buy so I said I would compromise at $500 under Carvana’s offer. The sales manager sent Pablo out with a BS story about how Carvana’s offer was based on a presumption that my car was in perfect shape - if you have ever done business with Carvana you know this isn’t true. Pablo loses one star because there was some paperwork he forgot to get from us before we saw the finance manager, which cost us some precious time (our 11 month old daughter was cranky and had to be put down for a nap while I dealt with the finance manager). There was also a tour of the service area I was supposed to get that didn’t happen because it was a busy day, and some miscommunications with regards to appointment time. Still, I enjoyed dealing with Pablo - he was informative without being pushy. This was a nice change after dealing with a few Cadillac sales dinosaurs. As a final note, the finance manager Jeff Tucker was also very good. He was a straight shooter and a bit of a car guy, so I enjoyed chatting with him about his recent purchase of a similar car. More
