Joel is new to the role, but it is clear that he is learning quickly, as other service advisors quickly offered helpful tips to satisfy my particular requests. It is obvious that these guys are working well together as a team. Joel arranged to have the nearby rental car agent ready to drive me to their nearby office, with no waiting. I particularly enjoyed being able to simply drop the car off at the Dealership when I picked up my vehicle without having to return the car to the rental car office. Anyone who has rented more than a few cars knows how much this seemingly minor service feature improves the experience. In past years, Nate was my Service Advisor, and every service experience was a 10 out of 10 with him. After moving back to the area recently, Jaguar Land Rover Southbay is my exclusive go-to service provider again. This past service appointment has been the best thus far at South Bay Land Rover. In the past I have regretted buying my car due to the poor service, but Tom Choi has turned that around. Extremely poor customer service from the service advisor, service supervisor to the GM. They don’t care about your business or your safety.
