He fully understands that even an internet sale is a "people to people" relationship and he was determined to make my experience with Wilde a positive one. After coming to terms with net dollars I would pay for my XK, my wife and I traveled to Sarasota for a hands on look...and were not disappointed in the least. Zach answered all the questions, pointed out all the small details of operating my car...and believe me, there were many. In the financial side of the transaction, Zach turned me over to Ms. Adrienne Sollecito. Bright, efficient, and personable, she guided me through the paperwork...not an easy task. As we were about to finish up, she asked if I had considered financing...I responded that it is usually higher than I an accustomed to paying... yet, she insisted giving her the opportunity to check it out. I am pleased to say, that my experience was further enhanced with financing quite comparable to what I am used to paying ... I now a 60 month loan on the car and my wallet has many more dollars left in it! I would recommend Wilde and it's people to anyone interested in a new or used Jaguar. Any dealer can have inventory; but it's the people who make it happen just as Zach and Adrienne did for my wife and I. More

I tend to be rather cynical when dealing with any car dealership. I have been told some rather interesting stories at times and been given rather extensive lists of "needed" expensive repairs. I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit to Wilde Jaguar. I have a decent working knowledge of cars, in the past have done a great deal of my own work. Shayne and Stephen both discussed what I wanted done and exhibited a willingness to listen to my reasoning. A true pleasure in a service adviser. Of course when waiting for repairs one is tempted to look at the lovely new versions of the cars we love. Julez Garcia was again very pleasant, he listened, he did not push, I had the opportunity to drive the XK. I know what I have on my Christmas list now. I once was friends with the owner of a dealership, her attitude was "I run my business so I can meet my customers outside of work". I think Wilde Jaguar might just be another such dealership. I look forward to my next trip south knowing I have someplace to take my Jag. More

I have been test driving cars and SUV's for about 6 months, I had a large SUV and didn't know if I wanted to stay with an SUV or switch to a sedan. I had narrowed my search to Mercedes E63AMG, Audi A7 and BMW 3 or 7 Series. I was ready to purchase the Mercedes, but the sales person was not that interested in finding me a vehicle with the correct equipment. So I decided to go to BMW, which was closed on Sunday. Since my husband knows Brad Combs, I decided to look at the Jaguar XF, but I bought the XJL because of Josh Norris. Josh showed me several cars that I test drove. I decided on the XJL because of the styling, technology and the wheels/rims. Josh was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and introduced me to everyone at the dealership and did not push me to make a decision. The entire process of purchasing this vehicle was a pleasure! I recently had and some service done - tint on windows and paint protection, and Josh again checked on me to make sure all was going fine. Stephen in the Service Department was very professional and helped with any questions regarding the two items I purchased. I was very impressed again, how helpful and friendly everyone has been. I would highly recommend Jaguar of Sarasota to anyone who is looking to purchase a luxury vehicle. More

Wilde Jaguar of Sarasota exceeded my expectations in every area! I was extremely impressed with their sales department, especially Robbie Dereadt. The cars were priced fairly but more than anything it was the overall experience I was so impressed with. They opened doors, used their manners and treated me the way a customer should be treated. The price negotiation was well handled and we were pleased with both the trade in value on the S type and the final price on the XJ including changing the wheels to those that we wanted.
