Bait and Switch or Just An Accident Purchased a pre-owned Porsche Panamera that was marketed online as a Panamera 4. Negotiated and agreed to a price for the car and my trade in on that Purchased a pre-owned Porsche Panamera that was marketed online as a Panamera 4. Negotiated and agreed to a price for the car and my trade in on that premise. Four weeks later, I learn that my Panamera 4 is NOT a 4 as marketed, but the base model. That's a $4600 difference MSRP back in 2012. Take some depreciation which should be about 25% and we're looking at $3450 value difference between the two. You know what they offered me??? $996. Next conversation will be with my attorney for fraud. I've always been a fan of Wilde Jaguar, but you learn a lot about people when they make a mistake by how they try to rectify it. More
