Jaguar Sarasota

Found the car I was interested in, a 2008 BMW 328ic convertible. I sent an e-mail to the address given and was almost immediately contacted. Upon my arrival I was meet with David Bauer who first wanted to show me the same car but in a different color that he had just gotten in on Friday. I did test drive this car but my heart was set on the one that had first caught my eye. A drive was taken in this car and I was very pleased with everything the automobile had to offer and the sale was made. I did appreciate David showing me other choices that your dealership had. MY PARTNER AND I WENT TO WILDE JAGUAR-MASERATI TO PURCHASE A USED JAGUAR XF. A GENTLEMAN NAMED TAGA SICKLER WAITED ON US AND WE BEGAN TALKING ABOUT WHAT WE WERE INTERESESTED IN. HE SHOWED SOME CARS HE HAD AVAIALABLE, BUT WE WERE STILL UNCERTAIN. WE ENDED UP HAVING THREE VISITS AND EACH TIME HE WAS MORE THEN ACCOMODATING. HE TOOK US ALL OVER THE LOT AND BACK LOT TRYING TO FIND THE PERFECT CAR FOR US. WE EVENTUALLY FOUND THE PERFECT CAR, A 2012 BLACK JAGUAR XF WHICH WE LOVE. When we arrived to just look at colors that were available we were help by Peter Liakakos because Jack was busy with another customer. Peter was polite, informative, and a no pressure salesman....he was great! Avi, the sales manager was also very nice and offered us a deal we felt comfortable with. Even the finance person Dean was warm and inviting. Basically our entire purchasing experience was fantastic and we look forward to doing future business with Wilde in Sarasota. More

I was at Wilde Jaguar having some service done on my car when I came across a XF-RS, love at 1st sight! Adam Cole approached me asked if I was interested in a test drive. Adam has a low key sales style, no presser, complete knowledge of his product and trade. My husband and I have been looking for a car because our Lexus lease was coming due. We brought our Lexus into Wilde to get a scratch buffed out and while there we looked across the car lot into Wilde Jagu Lexus lease was coming due. I had to hold my husband back by telling him that it made no sense to even look. The next day, he called and talked with Adam Cole. He set up an appointment with Adam and went over for a test drive. That sweet number now lives in our garage. We have been pleased with the service we had received with Wilde Lexus so we had the confidence that we were dealing with the right dealership and after meeting Adam we were confident were we dealing with the right salesman. Adam is personable, professional and really understands the meaning of service. Adam came over to our house, on his DAY OFF to program our garage door. The communication between David and I was very pleasant and very business like which I appreciate I don't like alot of nonsense! We were in and out in about 20 minutes which was the fastest the paperwork has ever been completed when I bought a car and I have bought a lot!!! I visited Wilde Jaguar-Maserati to look at (and eventually purchase) a pre-owned 2008 Subaru Outback for use as my daily driver. Although the price of this vehicle was nowhere near that of the new luxury vehicles that serve as the dealership's "bread and butter," Mr. Taga Sickler afforded me the same amount of time, professional courtesy and respect as if I were purchasing a vehicle some 9-10 times the price of my used Subaru. This is the type of customer service that is sorely lacking in the automobile industry today and, were my fortunes to change, I would have no hesitation in returning to this dealership and purchasing a new, or even another used, vehicle. In any case, I highly recommend Wilde Jaguar-Maserati and, especially, Taga Sickler. Thank you for an unexpectedly pleasant car-shopping experience! More

I came into Wilde of Jaguar after being referred by a friend who had previously purchased a car there. I was lucky to meet the sales rep Adam, he was very helpful. I was looking for something affordable and reliable for myself and my two children. I test drove a Camry and loved it but unfortunately was unable to purchase it through Jaguar. Most reps would have said thank you and sorry but we can't help you have a nice day...not Adam, Adam went above and beyond and contacted the Wilde Honda dealership of Sarasota and explained to them my situation. He was able to arrange for me to meet with the Finance manager over there and ultimately I was able to drive home the same day in a car that was exactly what I was looking for. I do believe that without Adams outstanding customer service I would have not been able to do so. He made the car buying experience much more pleasant than any I've experienced in the past. I will undoubtedly refer friends and family to not only Adam at Jaguar but the entire Wilde family. Thank you so very much!! More
