I was in the market for a Jaguar XF and Taga not only found the perfect car but also arranged for shipping up to North Carolina. After contacting several dealers in Fl I was fortunate to find Wilde and deal with Taga who was professional and fair throughout the entire process. Just a great experience from start to finish! Purchased an Jaguar XJ from Wilde Jaguar. Came in with my wife and we were treated perfectly. I pretty much new what I wanted when I came in. I had been reviewing the Jaguar's on line for a while but I had n wife and we were treated perfectly. I pretty much new what I wanted when I came in. I had been reviewing the Jaguar's on line for a while but I had not gone into a dealership to actually look at the vehicles. My sales person, Adam, came out to great me as we looked around. He was not pushy and spent his time with us. He showed me 3 or 4 cars that met what I was looking for and answered some questions. I test drove an XJ to get a feeling of how it handled. I left the dealership and came back the next day with more questions and test drove the vehicle that I fell in love with. Adam put together some pricing and financing on it that turned out to be very competitive. We live out of state and he took care of shipping vehicle to our home in Michigan-Go Blue!! Overall a great vehicle from an outstanding dealership. More

Without any intention from buying a car from a dealership I came across just what I was looking for at Wilde which is quite a drive for me. When speaking with Robbie he sent me photos as requested and follow I came across just what I was looking for at Wilde which is quite a drive for me. When speaking with Robbie he sent me photos as requested and followed up to make sure I received everything I asked for. Although hesitant to make the hour and a half drive Robbie said he was 100% confident that I would not be disappointed with the condition of car and I wouldn't find a nicer used car in this model anywhere around. He worked hard to get me the price my wife and I felt cOmfortable with. I will definitely reccomend this dealership to all my friends and family without hesitation. More
My wife and I went to Wilde Jaguar in hopes of finding a new Jag...our first encounter was great at first when we had interaction with the salesman, Robbie. During the negotiation, I was really turned off by the Sales manager, Stephan, who -with me no more than 10 feet away- wouldn't even look at me while he shook his head and sarcastically smiled to the salesman. This was just the beginning. We left and continued looking for our Jag in Tampa, Fort Myers, and Naples. As fate would have it, while we were shopping for furniture about a week later, we were telling our furniture salesman about the experience, and he advised us that he knew the owner of the dealership, and suggested we contact him directly (Mark Wilde), so I did. After explaining the situation and advising him that we would not be buying our car from his dealership, he thanked me for the call, then told me his GM would be contacting me. I received a call the very next day from Dale, the GM, who very clearly and professionally explained their position on the car, which was something even the sales manager couldn't/wouldn't do for me. We then proceeded to go back to the dealer to see about getting the same car. Things seemed to be going very smoothly at this point, and we agreed to terms. We chose to finance a small portion of the vehicle because of the low rate they were offering, and after doing some initial paperwork at a table on the showroom floor (bizarre), I asked the salesman if it were possible to hand select a license plate from their stack, which I had requested before for a different car I'd purchased at a different dealership. He informed they "couldn't" do that, then we were instructed to meet with Jim "the finance manager" which is the main reason for my review here.... I came VERY close to walking out and not doing the deal because of his awful attitude. He was very aggressive and condescending to me. My wife was stunned, and what should have been a pleasant and exciting experience for my wife's gift - because of this guy - turned into an absolute nightmare. My wife really loved the car, and that was the ONLY thing that made me stay, be the bigger person, and tolerate this person and his unprofessional attitude. I smiled, and because my wife was very upset already, I simply told him he was being rather "rough" and to please make the experience pleasant for me and especially my wife. You would think that would have been enough, but he kept chomping his gum with his mouth open, then looked me square in the eyes with a smirk on his face and said sarcastically, "Yeah you are too fella!". I felt like I was dealing with someone at a corner used car lot, not someone of the caliber you expect from a luxury car dealer. My wife now wants nothing to do with coming over to this dealer for any maintenance that will eventually need to be done. She's actually scared because of both of these experiences....the latter one being the worst. There were "some" bright spots in all this with a small handful of people I dealt with, but it gets better....as a business owner myself, I thought it would be good to let Mark, the owner, know of my experience, so I sent him an email explaining it all. I was even more shocked at the response I got from him. He claimed that they "prided themselves on their integrity" then followed up his remarks by accusing me of making illegal requests of his finance manager, which is not only inaccurate, but had nothing to do with Jim's [the finance manager] behavior. Mark [the owner] offered a shallow apology, followed up by "I will stand behind my team's decisions to do what is right", even though he received his facts from Jim, who apparently was trying to cover his own butt in this matter. I am not only planning to remove the license plate frame advertising this dealership, but I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership, will not endorse this dealership to anyone, and will make it a point in my social circles around the Sarasota area to make sure everyone knows of this awful experience that the owner himself seems to condone. More
