I called ahead to the Leasing and Finance Managers and worked out the details over the phone and all the details were exactly as agreed upon when I arrived. The paperwork was all ready and the XK was ready with the top down and it looked beautiful. Everyone at Wilde Jaguar was pleasant, professional, and went out of their way to help right down to the smallest detail. Taga Sickler was especially helpful, making sure that everything was perfect, going over everything regarding the XK, including setting up Bluetooth and our garage door opener. Great low miles BMW convertible from Wilde Jaguar I was a bit perplexed as to why a gorgeous BMW was being sold by a Jaguar dealership in Sarasota. After speaking with Zack, he gave me all the informa I was a bit perplexed as to why a gorgeous BMW was being sold by a Jaguar dealership in Sarasota. After speaking with Zack, he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed purchase decision from a remote location. He took photos of the car with his cell phone to supplement the photos on the website and sent them to me immediately. Copies of paperwork were sent by email for examination right away. Documents were overnighted by courier. Everything I asked for, was given to me with courtesy and a smile. Zack even told me about a couple not so pretty bits. He was completely honest and forthright. Car was picked up without a hitch and was every bit as gorgeous as he had described. I'd be happy to deal with Zack and Wilde Jaguar any time in the future. Job well done! More
