Jaguar is lucky to have him. Once we decided to purchase the Jag XJL, Stephan prepared the paperwork. The overall financial transaction was about 10 minutes. We spent another 5 minutes signing paper and we were out the door. Next was our orientation to our new car_Robbie gave us a comprehensive description of the entire vehicle during which he answered all our questions. Shayne from the Service Department whom we have known for several years, came over and congratulated us. We requested the she be our service representative and she agreed. We expect that the service that she will provide will continue to be outstanding. The bottom line is that customer service is taken very seriously at Wilde Jaguar. I connected with Zack Costillo to buy a used Jaguar since I was familiar with them. Zack worked with me but my children felt I need a less powerful car since I hadn't driven in 15 years. Zack went out of his way to find me something and I ended up with a Honda Accord. He was a life saver to me and went OUT OF HIS WAY to help, even taking me to a gas station to show me how to pump gas since I had never done it. He was by far the BEST car salesman my husband and I have ever had in my 80 years. I would recommend him highly. More

My Best New Car Buying Experience EVER !!! I had recently been looking for a new Jaguar F Type (R). Not a lot of inventory for the specific model and color (white) I wanted. Visited a local dealership and found the options were not what I had hoped. Did an online search and requested info from several dealers in South Florida. My only real and helpful reply came from Taga Sickler at Wilde Jaguar in Sarasota, FL. I told him what I wanted and more importantly what I could afford to spend. He had not one but two that fit my criteria !! To make along story short, 5 hrs. after our initial phone conversation I walked out of the dealership with the absolute most beautiful car in my World. (That included the 2 hour drive to get from Naples, FL. to Sarasota). I could not say more about how easy and stress free the entire experience was !!!
