I drove from Orlando to buy my car from Wilde in Sarasota. I had decided on another car in Orlando but called Wilde anyway just to reassure myself I was getting the car I wanted. The car I called on at Wilde had just arrived and not even had the photos taken of it yet. I spoke with David Bauer who promptly went out took a photo and sent it to me. It peaked my interest and within no time at all David took all the photos I could want to see of the car. I liked the car, called David back and we were able to handle all the details over the phone for me to purchase the car and trade mine in. When I arrived at the dealership everything was ready and waiting on me and the car looked even better in person. I dealt with Jim on the financing and he took excellent care of everything and handled all the details flawlessly for me. The entire process was so smooth and the quickest I have ever purchased a car. Everyone was professional and courteous and they wanted to make sure I was totally pleased and comfortable with everything before I left. I love this dealership. The staff are wonderful and so knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel like family members. I started out with an X-type which I leased, then I leased an S-type knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel like family members. I showed up late at the dealership and Kevin came out to help, even though it was time to go home. He went out of his way to help me even offering to bring the car to my work the next day so I could test d help, even though it was time to go home. The next morning, I showed back-up at the dealership and Taga (SP?) came out to help me because Kevin was not there yet. He was very accommodating and felt more like a consultant than a sales person. I was able to go to work, while he took care of everything. That afternoon I was suppose to go back to the dealership at 4 to complete the paperwork. Taga called me at 3 o'clock and told me everything was ready! At the dealership, Jim the finance guy was wonderful to deal with. He explained everything to me, even making recommendations that were better for me and not just trying to "sell" me on all the extra protections. He was personable and great to work with. Even at the end, they introduced me to the service team, helped me transfer everything out of my car....it was a perfect car buying experience. You expect first class service at the Jaguar dealership.....and these men delivered! More

I took delivery on a 2014 Jaguar F-type two days ago that I ordered 4 months ago. My sales representative Matt Hughes and Stephan (the sales manager) did an outstanding job of getting my car more than a mont I ordered 4 months ago. My sales representative Matt Hughes and Stephan (the sales manager) did an outstanding job of getting my car more than a month early from another dealer. I really appreciated their efforts. I first met Matt in conjunction with the F-type sales promotion in February via a mailer that I received. Matt invited us to the reception and to see the prototype car that was there for one day. My Jaguar Vandem Plas was ready to be replaces and we immediately fell in love with the F-type. My VDP has been serviced at Wilde Jaguar for the past 8.5 years and I have always had a high opinion of this dealership and the people that work there. Matt and Stephan walked us throught the somewhat confusing order form for the F-type. Matt and the sales staff were efficient and thorough when we picked the car up. I have since talked to Matt about a couple of features on the car that I did not quite understand. He was very fast and responsive in getting answers. I have a tendancy to want to understand not only how something works in a straightforward fashion, but also what the alternatives are. Matt responded to my questions within 15 minutes. I have already recommended the F-type and Matt to a neighbor of mine that is ready to buy the car and is discussing it with his wife. As Matt knows, I am waiting for the coupe in two years and may consider trading the convertible for the couple unless we find that we love the convertible too much to change. My car will only be serviced by Wilde. I have always been happy with the quality of the service people, the comfort of the waiting room and the knowledge of the service reps (Mine has been Shane). We found Matt to be an excellent sales rep. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and he listens (a quality that many sales people lack). In summary, our experience was what I expected of Wilde and Matt is an excellent representative of Wilde. He had nothing but good things to say about the Wilde Company. More
