Spectacular Experience I have purchased a great number of vehicles through the years including other luxury brands such as Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Land Rover, Ferrari etc. I have purchased a great number of vehicles through the years including other luxury brands such as Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Land Rover, Ferrari etc. The dealership and the staff was one of the best I have ever encountered. I had to drive over 60 miles to get to the dealership and was caught in accident traffic. Jordan stayed late along with Zac the sales manager in order to accommodate my wife and I coming to look at an F-Type convertible. Outstanding Wilde Jaguar of Sarasota holds a very special place in my families heart. My daughters jaguar had broken down, I had it towed over to the dealership t Wilde Jaguar of Sarasota holds a very special place in my families heart. My daughters jaguar had broken down, I had it towed over to the dealership to see if they help me. It was then that I had the pleasure of meeting the service manager, Joe Serrone. We spoke about the cost of the repairs I told him I had to wait to talk to my daughter she would have to make that decision, he then said just have her give my a call I proceeded to tell him that I didn't know when I would get a chance to talk to her because she was in the military and at that time I had no communication with her and didn't even really know where she was, being that she was in specialized training. What followed still brings tears to my eyes. He was profoundly moved and thank me for her service to our country He said he would speak to his manager to see what they can do for us. He called me in a couple of days to inform me that they had decided to fix the car with no cost to her in gratitude of her service. If you are a parent you can imagine what that did to our hearts. Now my daughter is being sent overseas to serve. Joe made a few suggestions including trading it in for another vehicle which at the time I really needed one, that's when I had the pleasure of meeting the most caring knowledgeable sales people I have ever met. My salesman Ken Lannotti's expertise in customer service is impeccable. He directed me to the car that would satisfy my needs and the price I was hoping for. The finance manager Jordon Blaugh gave us the best deal on a Kia Soul I could have ever thought possible. My husband, my daughter and I are so grateful to them I truly believe they were God sent. Great Service From Front to Back My wife recently bought a 2014 Lexus IS 350 from Wilde Jaguar of Sarasota (WJS) and our sales agent was James Guttridge. Our experience was outstandi My wife recently bought a 2014 Lexus IS 350 from Wilde Jaguar of Sarasota (WJS) and our sales agent was James Guttridge. Our experience was outstanding. We attended the WJS on three occasions: the first time, we were serviced by Jordan Blaugh and we test drove two vehicles. Jordan was great and we still had some comparisons to do. We came back about a week later and James approached us. With both sales agents, there was no pushy salesmanship and it was easy to establish trust. James politely asked if we needed help and if anyone else was serving us. We arrived quite late and very close to closing time. James was exceptionally patient and was determined to serve us without any concern for closing time. We test drove two more vehicles and we had a hard time deciding. IS 250C or IS 350? James provided sage advice and we decided on the 2014 Lexus IS 350 with 2,015 miles. James even coordinated a visit next door to the Lexus store and he ensured we were attended to properly. "Closing" the deal with the Pre-owned Sales Manager, Zac Blaugh, was painless. Thanks Zac. We accomplished the 'paperwork' with Jim Kmetzsch and it was very comfortable to work with Jim. We needed or wanted some little things done to the car and this has been brilliantly coordinated by James. It truly felt like James was 'in our corner' throughout the whole process and we are grateful for his excellent support. I have absolutely no hesitation in giving James a 5 Star rating. More
