He answered all my questions very quick (which is not too common in this industry... most places will force you to either come in or keep calling you) and he made the whole process very smooth and pleasant. I came all the way from Miami to buy the car and Ken was waiting for me and made the final sale and delivery stage very pleasant. Jim at finance did his best to get me the best deal possible and was very honest. He didn’t try to push any other options like most dealership do (he did offer them but was very straight forward about them).
