We had visited several dealers in Sarasota and our reactions ranged from uncomfortable to "rip-off" - expecting to find a road-worthy clean auto we found instead cars that were badly in need of major repairs and a "take it or leave it" attitude. We had almost given up when we decided to try Wilde Jaguar. We were immediately greeted by Matt Lofthouse who was not only helpful and friendly but sincere in discussing the car we were interested in buying. Matt told us that the car had just come in on a trade and they hadn't had a chance to "go over" it, but we could test drive it if we wanted to. The test ride showed us that the engine light was lit - but Matt assured us that the car would be diagnosed and whatever it needed would be repaired before we bought it. We returned several days later and the car had been cleaned and detailed and they gave us a copy of the work order showing the repairs that had been made. No pressure from either Matt or Zac - just honest dialog about the car and the repairs that were done. How refreshing and totally opposite of our other experiences. We felt very comfortable and confident. Needless to say we bought the car and have been very happy with our purchase and our experience with Wilde. We have already recommended them to a friend who was in the market for a Lexus. More

As soon as I approached the first one I saw, Seth Smith approached me with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Never once did I feel like Seth was there just to sell a car and make a commission. He was very straight forward and none of this back and forth price war!! It turned out that two hours after I had arrived I was driving off the lot with my new F Pace... I couldn't have been more pleased. Seth even went to the gift shop and purchased me a Jaguar Key Chain as a token of his appreciation for my business... I highly recommend Wilde and their team..
