He contacted Wilde to ensure the car was available before we made the 90 minute drive. Matt Lofthouse had answered the call. Upon arriving at Wilde, Matt met us with a smile and a handshake, and had already pulled the car out front for us. Matt is totally professional and personable. We individually took the car for a ride, with Matt aswering our questions and explaining features. We put down a deposit and were going to return in a few days to pick it up. As we were leaving, Matt said, if for any reason you change your mind, call me and I will send you back your check. Now that is what I call No Pressure Sales! Upon our return, Matt took us out to look at the car again, to make sure all was exactly as we expected. We then were taken to Jim Kmetzsch to finish the paperwork. Jim had us sign the required documents, explaining each. He then offered various available warranties which we declined. Again, No Pressure! All of the staff was friendly, the dealership clean... I cannot say enough about Wilde Jaguar and Matt Lofthouse. They actually made buying a car a Pleasant Experience! More
