The way preowned auto purchases should be! We were visiting Sarasota and I decided to see what the dealership had in preowned Jaguars. I was so worried I was going to get the typical car salesm We were visiting Sarasota and I decided to see what the dealership had in preowned Jaguars. I was so worried I was going to get the typical car salesman. James introduced himself to me and told me about the dealership. He spent more time in building a rapore and understanding our needs rather than trying to sell. He informed us that many people visit the dealership and purchase preowned vehicles from him once he finds them the car they are looking for. Well he found EXACTLY what I was looking for. It had low miles and was in very good condition. He took many pictures and did a few FaceTime calls and went over the car in detail. We were up close and personal with the vehicle. We saw exactly what we were getting including some real minor damage and wear areas. We agreed on a price that included repairing most of those areas. No haggling or hassles and we were treated fairly. We had the car shipped to our home and it was everything and more that James explained to us. We were very pleased. Sales and service like this is way above the standards for most dealerships. We are thoroughly enjoying our Jaguar. More
