Buyer beware! I bought a nearly new Sportage from this dealership for $30,000+ in May 2024. I've been waiting over 3 months for them to refund $3,000+ for DG Anti- I bought a nearly new Sportage from this dealership for $30,000+ in May 2024. I've been waiting over 3 months for them to refund $3,000+ for DG Anti-theft and GAP insurance which I cancelled well within the notice period. The previous accounts agent is no longer with them. The current (new) manager of pre-owned cars (Jason Vosler?) doesn't answer calls and doesn't respond to answerphone or webpage messages - there's no email address. I'm now going to have to take them to court. Overall, a time-consuming, anxiety-inducing and expensive experience. More
