From start to finish Rafael was there every step. Very interesting Toby got 5 stars, I had the worst experience ever with him.I was pre approved 2.99 % from my credit union, Toby and I agreed I will go with Jaguar financing if they can give me a lowe experience ever with him.I was pre approved 2.99 % from my credit union, Toby and I agreed I will go with Jaguar financing if they can give me a lower rate. Long story short ,he would NOT tell me their rate , I thought I was approved with a lower or the same rate as my Bank sent me home to clean the car for me ,called me back after the Banks were closed 6PM Friday night, found out from the financing department they gave me a 4.50% interest rate, I was shocked about all the lies ; tired , brain dead and just wanted to leave with my Jaguar I absolutely love BTW . I immediately refinanced the car, I didn’t want to give them anymore of my money . More
