Purchased a pre owned vehicle recently. I am out of state and this requires additional documentation to complete transaction. After speaking with salesman, customer care personnel, finance ( I paid cash), it seemed none of the personnel could figure out what the other was doing. Writing this critique, I still have not received a follow up call confirming dealership receipt of proof of insurance. What should be a fairly streamlined process, was anything but that. Having said that, I believe the employees were trying, but the chain of command needs some work. Regards, GB More
