The buying experience was efficient and low key. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and asked if the time constraint would cause concern. The staff (Johnny Reyes) said absolutely not. I took an unaccompanied test drive and purchase the vehicle. Total time from arrival to driving away was two hours with financing. They took the time to completly fill the fuel tank without me mentioning it. They we very professional and straightforward without the high pressure sales tactics. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I have no hesitation with doing business with them in the future. More

The worst service ever, I got my tires changed two years ago never check and now I need my wheel lock key and is gone. Also, when I picked it up the Range Rover was dead the dealer jump started it and I lef ago never check and now I need my wheel lock key and is gone. Also, when I picked it up the Range Rover was dead the dealer jump started it and I left home, a few days later the Range Rover didn't start because it wasn't good when they did a full check point including the battery and everything was green, not even yellow. Their technician didn't do his job. Two months ago I went back to have my jaguar brakes done and they tried to charge me almost $1000.00 dollars over the estimate, I questioned the reason and they found the error trying to charge me for a fifth wheel on a car with 4 wheels. It's very disappointing to get this kind of service from a dealership. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS TO NIELLO!! They do not know what they are doing and they are super expensive for that kind of service. More
