Neal was very nice, but the dealership itself is incompetent and overpriced. After I specifically told them to be sure to get my county of residence correct for registration and tax purposes they pu incompetent and overpriced. After I specifically told them to be sure to get my county of residence correct for registration and tax purposes they put the wrong county anyway. They also overpriced the vehicle because I received several letters from various banks afterwards that indicated the car was not worth the loan value and as a result I paid a higher interest-rate than I should have. I personally spoke with the general manager who said he had corrected the error concerning the paperwork, but when I called the DMV they said it still was not correct. I paid and exorbitant $798 documentation fee and the dealership could not get it right nor correct the issue, I had to take care of it myself by spending a great deal of time on the phone waiting for a DMV representative. I found the general manager to be very unreasonable despite my complaint. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership because of this incompetence and lack of customer service. I also would never recommend any of my friends or family buy from this dealership. They are overpriced and there is a lack of commitment to the customer after the sale. More
