John, the service advisor, was very pleasant. The drop off and pick up was smooth and comfortable given current distancing requirements. We live over an hour away and this is the closest location to us. We. Aside from the normal Maintanence that needed to be done we had asked them to fill all the tires because they were low, and to fi location to us. We. Aside from the normal Maintanence that needed to be done we had asked them to fill all the tires because they were low, and to fix a rattle sound that we thought was coming from the speaker. The tires were never filled up and the rattling noise is far worse and they told us we have to now bring it back in. You would think they would check it before they would tell us the car is finished. Very upset we now need to take time and gas to bring it back and then go back and pick it up when it’s ready. Not a good first impression. More

Do not go anywhere else. I bought my first Jaguar in 2007. It was a certified pre-owned 2004 Select Edition X-Type. I loved that car and only have had it serviced at Jaguar I bought my first Jaguar in 2007. It was a certified pre-owned 2004 Select Edition X-Type. I loved that car and only have had it serviced at Jaguar of Novi. After 7 years and with 107,000 miles on it, I was considering making a change. Gary Kish and Jaguar of Novi made me an offer I could not refuse and I am driving a new XF. It is by far the greatest car I have ever owned and the opportunity to upgrade was too good to pass up. This is my favorite dealership and I am pleased to be able to continue the relationship. You will not be disappointed dealing with Jag. of Novi. They just will not allow it. More
