THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED BY FAR. We were able to purchase the car that my wife really wanted. That's the only benefit of this transaction. Beyond these two compliments, an absolutely horrific buying experience because of the finance team. Facts were misrepresented and understandings not delivered as we agreed to. My wife we treated horribly when she went to close the deal. All the finance team wanted to do was sell on their terms and get us out of there. No care about what the customer needed or wanted. Just lowball us on our trade-in and not negotiate on selling price. The finance team kept whining about how they are selling this vehicle at no margin/dealer invoice and what a "deal" we were getting ... please. It was one fabrication and misrepresentation after another. My recommendation is to say away from this store and check out what's available at other local dealerships. We've had a Jaguar previously, and this particular Jag dealership has been through numerous owners since our initial purchase about a decade ago. And based on our recent experience, it is not a surprise it continues to have new owners. Classic "say anything to make the deal" and then get them out the door! While the car is great, our experience at this dealership is such that I can confidently give zero out of five stars (sorry, but this app required me to at least rate it one star). In hindsight, we should have abandoned the deal and just gone to Grand Rapids where another dealership had the same car at the identical price point ... and likely we would not have had to deal with an insulting and degrading experience. I responded to a vehicle they advertised online. The response to my email was pretty prompt. We agreed that I would come the next morning between 9:30 and noon. When I arrived the next morning, there was trouble locating the car. After many minutes it was determined that the car was in the repair area being "certified for sale". I was able to look at it, and they did put the hoist down (but did not take it off the hoist), and I was able to sit in it, but that's all. I drove nearly an hour to get there. Very disappointed by the lack of communication from the person I emailed with to the rest of the team. More

My first experience with Jaguar Farmington Hills was in late June of this year when routine maintenance was performed on my I-Pace. In early August my car became completely inoperable and was towed back to late June of this year when routine maintenance was performed on my I-Pace. In early August my car became completely inoperable and was towed back to this dealership for diagnosis and repair, a process that lasted more than three months (a loaner vehicle was provided during most of that time). While it was unimaginable that it would take that length of time to repair my car, I found it frustrating that I often had to initiate contact with the service advisor or service manager to get updates on the status of my car's repair. This was not the customer service experience I expected from a luxury brand. On December 3rd I was informed that my car was ready and I picked it up on that date. I drove directly home from the dealership and upon parking, my car displayed "charging system fault" and "low coolant level" error messages. I contacted the Jaguar North America office, which arranged for me to take my car to another dealership. More

Always has a great attitude and very respectful to me my wife and my youngest daughter. My name is Saji Latif, and Johnny has made my experience at Jaguar a great one I’d refer anybody to LandRover-Jaguar of Farmington Hills all because of Johnny and his amazing customer service skills as well as going above and beyond to service my vehicle to my satisfaction. Definitely an asset to the company, you just don’t find that combination too often anymore since this pandemic. That’s just great that you can get that type of service from someone like Johnny . I’ve also seen his skills working with other people before we were sent to him and he’s great to everybody and makes SURE that every customer is satisfied completely with their vehicle when driving off I’m just blown away with the outstanding customer service skills that young man has. Ted Sims the salesman also just amazing with finding the vehicle I wanted with great warranties just superb experience there at Jaguar land rover of Farmington hills. No one calls back and I have an emergency light on and the first appointment I can get with a loaner is November 23 over 3 weeks away.
