Excellent Repair Service This is my first experience with a Jaguar/Land Rover product and feel the need to publish a recent experience. After purchasing a certified Pre-Owned This is my first experience with a Jaguar/Land Rover product and feel the need to publish a recent experience. After purchasing a certified Pre-Owned 2015 Jaguar XF with 15,000 miles, We immediately experienced a problem with the AWD system during the first snowfall. The XF is essentially a rear-wheel drive vehicle until it is manually placed into Winter Mode or the system begins sensing tire slippage. In these cases, the intelligent AWD system begins transferring power to the front wheels via the AWD Transfer Case. In our vehicle, the transfer system failed and the car remained in 2-wheel drive mode as indicated by an error message in the front dash console as well as by the fact that the car could not navigate the simplest of snow-covered inclines. Because the problem could only be replicated on snow covered roads, Jaguar-Land Rover of Norwood's Service Department could not provide the information required for Jaguar USA to approve the repair. After sending an email to my sales representative, Dan Averbuch, for assistance, he marshaled his Sales team (including the Regional Sales Manager) to intercede on my behalf. To make a long story short, Jaguar USA approved the repair and I just received the car back today with a new Transfer Case! I'm not used to this level of personalized care and attention and feel the need to let others know what can be expected from from this dealership. Finally, Jaguar-Land Rover of Norwood picks up and returns your vehicle to your home or work address for service appointments. I'm not used to that level of service either. I was greeted by CJ Coffin who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I explained that I was mainly kicking tires today as I was bolted into my lease, and he still gave me the time of day. He offered to have me test drive the vehicle, and I obliged. I was pleasantly surprised by the F-Pace. Our conversation was candid and straight forward. We exchanged contact information at the end of my visit and not only was I able to bypass the time-consuming manager turn over, but CJ also treaded lightly with follow up. I have plans on bringing my wife to test drive the vehicle, as we are a one car household, and will certainly be asking for CJ. More
