Thanks to salesman Doug Ostroff for making it an enjoyable, educational and all around positive experience. Doug was very friendly and thorough, and also very attentive to my needs and concerns. He was knowledgeable of the Jaguar EX and so helpful during the test drive. The whole process from finding a car online to the test drive and delivery process was pleasant and rewarding. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! More
Bait and Switch - Buyer Beware To say I am disappointed with this dealership, would be an understatement, and more specifically, with the salesperson assigned to me, Sonny Singh. F To say I am disappointed with this dealership, would be an understatement, and more specifically, with the salesperson assigned to me, Sonny Singh. From the moment I began to inquire about specific vehicles, each had a story and a common denominator: The vehicle I was shown wasn't exactly the price I was quoted. For example, I was interested in leasing a new 2018 (previous model year) E-Pace S. I test drove a vehicle, and I wasn't sold on the color. I was told that other vehicles weren't available at their local Norwood, MA dealership, but "the exact vehicle for the same price" was available at their sister location, in Warwick, RI. The following day, the vehicle was brought up to the Norwood dealership. I inquired on multiple occasions, by text, by telephone and by email: 1.) Was the vehicle comparably equipped? 2.) Was the vehicle priced the same - meaning the "out the door price" I was quoted on local vehicle was the same as the vehicle being brought in? I was assured each time that everything was the same, except the color - which was expected. Again, I asked by text, by phone and by email to please submit the vehicle's detailed options worksheet and VIN#. Sure enough, the vehicle was equipped similarly, albeit not the same. Nevertheless, I was assured that the price and financing would remain the same, because the different options totaled roughly the same for both vehicles. Since it did not have the requested options, I inquired about the demo vehicle I had tried, two nights before. I was told it was still available and again, it was priced the same as the vehicle brought into the Norwood dealership. Again, I requested the vehicle's worksheet and VIN#, now that I did not trust the salesperson to accurately represent the vehicles. Again, I had to point out that not only were the options different, but the vehicle was a different model year (2018 vs 2019). I was assured that the worksheet I was sent was "the exact vehicle at the exact price." I drove out to the dealership. Upon viewing and test driving both the vehicle brought in from the sister dealership and the demo unit, I opted for the demo unit, due to it's optional panoramic roof, which I wanted. I was then told if I wanted that vehicle, it was a higher price, because of the model year. When I pointed out that this was exactly what I was asking via my multiple inquiries, I was told that the price only applied to the 2018 models. If so, why quote a customer the same price, when asked to confirm it, several times? I was then told there was another (a third) vehicle with "the same options" as the original quote, but in a different color. Again, during the initial visit, I was told that no others were available, and that I would have to ask management to have someone drive the vehicle up from Warwick, even though there was an alleged, comparable vehicle, RIGHT ON THEIR LOT. I asked for the finance payment options worksheet to be drawn, so that I could be certain that the quotes matched. I was told that he "had some good news and some bad news." Although the price was almost virtually the same, this time the "out the door" and now additional fees literally doubled the out of pocket costs. When I pointed this out, I was told that it was the same for the previous vehicle - even though on multiple occasions, I was given a lesser dollar figure. When I inquired why the difference, the excuse given was: "Well, this is a luxury vehicle, and they cost more. We have additional costs, because we don't build the cars here; we have tariffs to pay for." Really? Luxury? Tariffs? Keep in mind, this particular vehicle was a 2018 model, which meant the vehicle was most likely built / shipped in 2017/2018 - far before the current political discussions on tariffs was even a topic of television conversation. In short, don't trust this dealership, and don't trust this salesperson. You will be wasting your time, if you come into this dealership. This bait and switch routine was unwarranted and inexcusable. It is the very reason buyers are weary of entering a dealership to purchase a vehicle, in the first place. More

Anyone who knows me, knows car buying stress me out. Since I met Sonny it is a non issue. Every time I have called him for an issue, the response is always “no problem, come on in. Fabulous experience with SONNY SINGH (2017 XE 35t AWD Sport) I would like to share the wonderful experience I had with Sonny Singh from the moment I entered the dealership while I was shopping for an XE AWD. He took me to their lot and walked nearly the entire lot with me while I looked through the options of each car (30+ cars). His patience was incredible spending close to 2 hours helping me find the car I would want. During this time, I knew I would end up with a car from him and this dealership. From the moment I stepped foot into Jaguar Norwood, I was treated with utmost respect and felt a stress free buying experience from everyone (including managers) that I interacted with. Sonny certainly helped me pick the vehicle I would be happy with and the deal was wrapped up that night with the help of Mary Fowler and Miki Farris (excellent professionals). Sonny remained present the entire time, and went above and beyond in keeping me updated on the preparation of my vehicle and scheduling a very convenient time for my pick up on short notice. Delivery of the vehicle on his part was superb and to the point. Sonny is a consummate professional who properly followed up with me after the vehicle delivery, and EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO deliver my all-weather mats to me in an adjacent state in the evening after work hours. His superb work ethic and patience is what earned my business which was in sharp contrast to my experience with an Audi salesman whom I returned to for my second car (he was too busy on his computer) and I drove directly to Jaguar. Needless to say, Jaguar Norwood has earned a repeat customer and I have eagerly shared my positive experience with many friends, co-workers, and even random people who stop me to ask about my new car. Great work by the entire team and they certainly set a high bar for the standard in putting people in great driving machines! More
