While searching for a "new" used car I was directed towards Gavin Hill at Jaguar North Scottsdale from an online ad for a Mercedes SLK350. Initial contact was made via both phone/email to ascertain things like the availability of the vehicle, condition, etc. During this time Gavin either answered my questions on the spot, or delivered them within the amount of time promised with no hassles at all. Upon visiting the dealership to test drive I was greated by Gavin, keys in hand and found him to be as friendly and easy to work with in person as he had been via the phone. After the test drive and inspection we went inside to discuss price, where again I found Gavin very friendly and easy to work with and at no time did I feel any pressure, resistance or obligation.
