Jaguar North Scottsdale

I was pretty intimidated having my Jaguar XJ8 towed there. Here I was a college kid with "just" a 2000 XJ8 in a lot full of brand new XKs, XFs, and a few Bentleys. However, the staff treated me just like a big shot coming into buy a car right off the lot. Daryl listened to what I had to say and what was wrong with the car and immediately offered me a free loan vehicle from Avis which helped with the commute all the way from Tempe. My car was seen and repaired the same day at a pretty reasonable price. Daryl also informed me of a few other things that needed replacing, but there was absolutely ZERO pressure to have it done right away. My car had broken down about 10 days previous to this and I brought it to the local Pep Boys, since I was unsure about going to the dealership, and what a hassle it was. It would take them all day just to get a part and replace it. Car was there for about 5-6 days and I was the one to always call to check on it. The guy at Pep Boys also put my car back together wrong which is what caused this service trip. They also probably charged me way too much but oh well live and learn I guess. Needless to say, the rest of my service needs will be done at North Scottsdale Jaguar and hopefully someday I will be one of those big shots coming in to buy a car. More

Had a great experience at Jaguar - Scottsdale North. Was absolutley one of the most hassle free, no pressure experiences in car buying that I have had. Rob Rossi was our salesman, and was very helpful, cordial, and we actually got along great with him. We received a very fair price for our trade in, and also a good price for the car we purchased which was in new condition. Signing the paperwork all the way through to picking up the car was truly hassle free and well laid out. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a Jaguar or VERY clean pre-owned vehicle. More

The dealership has that calm feeling you experience once you sit in a Jaguar. It reminded me of the UK 50 years ago. Irving Goldenberg was the Universe's choice to cater to my needs and questions, and min you sit in a Jaguar. It reminded me of the UK 50 years ago. Irving Goldenberg was the Universe's choice to cater to my needs and questions, and minutes after meeting we were sitting in an XF (the car I came to see) and driving away for a delightful test run. On a whim, I asked to sit in the XJ (you know, just as a comparison to the smaller XF); Irving suggested we take it for a spin too. Oh boy! What a car. Needless to say, a week later I drove off the lot in the long wheelbase XJ. (I wanted a red one, which they didn't have - Irving said they had a vehicle in "Botanical Green" and he really liked the color. So I drove out to the dealership again and fell in love at first sight. Love it! Irving was perfectly low key, answered questions and let the car sell itself. Wonderful. It will be hard to go back to a utilitarian Mercedes after this :-) Steve More
