I actually had service with the Lincoln store. I had a recall on my navigator that needed to be addressed. It was something to do with the fan blower motor for the AC. I called to set the appointment and they were very nice and pleasant, verified they were going to check to see if they had the parts available. They called me back and let me know that they would send a technician to my house to handle this repair for me. They called me and were able to come out the next morning and get it done. What great service! I couldn't expect anything better it was such a good experience. The tech came out replaced what was needed and was on his way. He was awesome he was so nice professional and friendly. Made this process so easy. More

The new location is beautiful, like a palace, loved the waiting room with coffee and chocolate machine. Andrew was very helpful and fixed my dash cam wiring himself without a charge!
